💼 About the Role

CMA Cleaning Services is a locally owned residential and office cleaning company serving the La Crosse area. We're growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team as full-time Cleaning Technicians.

This is a hands-on, physical role where you'll clean homes and offices to a high standard — and get paid well to do it. You'll work independently at client locations, following detailed checklists and CMA's proven cleaning system.

No experience required — we train you from scratch with paid training shifts before you go solo.

📋 What You'll Do Day-to-Day

Clean residential homes and commercial offices across the La Crosse area
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and CMA's proven system
Drive yourself between client locations during your shift (drive time paid)
Communicate professionally with clients and the CMA team
Maintain a consistent, high-quality standard that keeps clients happy
Report any issues or client feedback to your team leader

✅ What We're Looking For

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Comfortable working in homes with pets
Must pass a background check
Smartphone with data plan (for scheduling and communication)
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods)
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
No experience required — we train you!

📍 Local to La Crosse? This role requires you to travel to client locations in and around the La Crosse, WI area. You'll need your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.

📅 Schedule & Pay Details

Full-time position: 30–40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, daytime hours only
No nights, no weekends, no holidays
Start at $19/hr — earn up to $23/hr as you build experience
Pay issued every Friday via direct deposit or check
Paid training shifts before you work independently
